Driveway service along Ocean Boulevard and the side streets — we come to the house.

Get Help NowUS Locksmith is a licensed (Lic #00443LK) locksmith company serving Golden Beach since 2004. Golden Beach is unusual in South Florida: about a mile of Atlantic coastline between Sunny Isles Beach and Hallandale, and by town ordinance it contains no condominium towers and no hotels — only single-family homes. Every job here is a house, and most of those houses have more exterior openings than a typical property.
Estate-scale work: multi-opening rekeys, gate and pedestrian-gate hardware, and coastal-rated cylinders.
Driveway service along Ocean Boulevard and the side streets — we come to the house.
Whole-property rekeys covering front, side, pool, garage and guest-house doors on one key.
High-security cylinders and restricted keyways that cannot be duplicated at a hardware store.
Golden Beach has a few hundred residents and no commercial district to speak of — no condo boards, no retail strips, no office buildings. What it has is a narrow strip of oceanfront and intracoastal single-family homes, many of them large, and a town that takes its privacy seriously. That produces a very particular kind of locksmith work.
The first difference is scale. A house on Ocean Boulevard or one of the numbered side streets running to the beach commonly has eight to fourteen keyed openings once you count the front entry, service door, garage side entry, pool gate, guest house, dock gate and pedestrian gate. Homeowners usually discover this the day they move in, when they are handed a bag of unlabelled keys. Consolidating all of that onto a single key — or a small deliberate set — is the job we do here most.
The second difference is the ocean. Golden Beach is roughly one property deep from open Atlantic in places, and gate hardware takes the worst of it. Exterior gate cylinders and electric strikes here corrode considerably faster than anything on a front door under cover. When we quote a Golden Beach property we quote the gates differently from the house, because they will not last the same length of time and pretending otherwise is not honest.
Miami-Dade dispatch covers 33160 around the clock, including the A1A corridor. Typical arrival: 15–20 minutes.

The rates below are per lock or per service call, which is why Golden Beach totals tend to run above the county average — not because the town is billed differently, but because a property here typically has eight to fourteen keyed openings rather than three or four. A full-property rekey in Golden Beach commonly lands between $350 and $700 depending on opening count. We quote by the opening, and we tell you the number before we start.

The most common Golden Beach call is not an emergency. It is a new owner holding a plastic bag and no idea what any of it opens.
A family had just closed on a house two lots back from the ocean. At the walkthrough the previous owners handed them a bag containing nineteen keys, none labelled, and mentioned that the pool company, the landscaper and a former housekeeper had all been given copies at some point over fifteen years.
Our technician walked the property and counted fourteen keyed openings, including a pedestrian gate to the beach path and a guest house nobody had mentioned. Four of the nineteen keys did not match anything on the property at all. Three doors shared a cylinder that also opened the garage — which meant one lost key would have opened half the house.
The Outcome: Every opening rekeyed in one day onto two keys — one for the house and its gates, one for the guest house so it could be lent out without handing over the property. The nineteen old keys went in the bin. The new owners got a written schedule of what opens what.
"We closed on the house in April and had no idea how many doors we actually had keys for. They counted fourteen, rekeyed everything to two keys, and gave us a printed list. Should have done it the week we moved in."

"The pedestrian gate lock had seized completely from salt. He explained that a standard cylinder was never going to survive out there and fitted a coated one rated for coastal exposure. Cost more than a basic swap. Two years on it still turns."
- Emil K.
"Housekeeper of eleven years retired and we wanted every exterior lock changed, quietly, no fuss. They came on a weekday morning, worked around the gardeners, and were gone in three hours. Discreet and professional."
